SAT Classes
In addition to individual SAT prep, we offer four-week and eight-week classes. Some
students progress more in a class with an exchange of information. Another benefit of the
classes is a partial or full actual test. For students who want strong emphasis in
only one area, individual instruction is recommended.
When our schedule permits, one-on-one students may join a class for a full-length test.
The fee for this is $35.
For dates of upcoming classes, see CALENDAR |
- The class meets on Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to about 9:15, except on test nights. On the
first night, students will take a partial SAT. This test is reviewed in detail in the
remaining classes.
- Most-frequently tested math concepts, grammar concepts, and vocabulary are presented.
- Generous homework assignments are given. Improvement in scores is directly related
to the amount of practice.
- Study book, The Official SAT Study Guide: For the New SAT, published by The
College Board, is included in fee.
- Cost: $200. A $50 deposit is required in advance, and $50
is required at the first meeting. The remaining $100 may be paid at any time during
the class.
